Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SOC/NOC tools, such as SIEM, SOAR, and network monitoring systems.

• Monitor and optimize system performance, resource utilization, and tool configurations.

• Ensure proper integration and functionality of SOC/NOC tools.

• Implement security controls, apply system updates, and conduct regular patching.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to NOC/SOC operations.

• Develop and maintain scripts for automation and system management.

• Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of IT System Administration experience supporting one or more of the following: Networking, Linux, Cloud, Windows, or Microsoft platforms.

• Experience administering SOC and/or NOC tools (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, or network monitoring tools).

• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or relevant vendor certifications).

• Experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$106,300—$221,100 USD
