The IT Service Continuity Officer is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) strategy.
You will be part of the CISO team and work closely with technical experts, architects, and external providers to ensure IT resilience and business continuity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the central coordinator for all matters related to IT service resilience. * Identify, analyze, and manage risks linked to IT service continuity and disaster recovery. * Assess infrastructure resilience (data centers, GCP, Azure IaaS/PaaS). * Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and testing cycles. * Promote awareness and training on IT service continuity within the organization. * Collaborate with external service providers to ensure compliance and security standards are met.

Gevraagde vaardigheden
- Maatregelen nemen voor informatiebeveiliging, risicodetectie (malware, cyberaanvallen, ...) en reactie op incidenten
- Superviseert en controleert de staat van de informaticasystemen Maakt back-ups en archiveert gegevens
- Controleren of het risicobeheer van de informatiesystemen van de onderneming toegepast wordt (beveiliging, vertrouwelijkheid, betrouwbaarheid, ...)
- Controleert en analyseert het verloop van de werken en de werking van systemen, netwerken, tools en randapparatuur
- De aan nieuwe technologieën verbonden risico's identificeren en beheersen Veranderingen aanbevelen
- De realisatie van projecten superviseren en coördineren
- Technische beheerprocedures, gebruiks- en veiligheidsprocedures van de informatica infrastructuur opstellen
- Prestaties van het informatiesysteem analyseren Maatregelen voorstellen voor de verbetering van de kwaliteit, de veiligheid en de productiviteit
