* Lead and oversee Network, Systems, and Security administration activities, while providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. * Ensure the availability, performance, and security of network and system infrastructure in accordance with established SLA. * Monitor security events, system logs, and alerts, proactively identifying potential risks and recommending appropriate remediation actions. * Manage routine system maintenance, patch management, backup operations, and security hardening of network and infrastructure environments. * Collaborate with vendors and service providers to support infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring timely project delivery and high-quality outcomes. * Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, service quality reviews, and compliance with security and operational requirements. * Maintain accurate inventories, documentation, and security records for all assigned network and system assets. * Support the implementation and continuous improvement of cybersecurity controls, policies, and best practices across the organization. * Administer and secure Microsoft 365 services, including email, SharePoint, identity management, and related security controls. * Stay updated on emerging infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
