As IT SAP Retail Consultant, you will join a team of experienced professionals working closely with stakeholders across business and IT functions to deliver impactful solutions that support the organization's long-term ambitions.

As Senior SAP Retail Business Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and evolving SAP Retail solutions across the end-to-end retail value chain.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Supporting and enhancing SAP Retail business processes across procurement, inventory management, assortment management, pricing, replenishment, logistics, and store operations.
* Gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and effective SAP solutions.
* Configuring SAP Retail functionalities and ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.
* Driving process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across business units and countries.
* Providing 2nd and 3rd line functional support, investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and coordinating issue resolution.
* Contributing to SAP transformation and S/4HANA-related projects by participating in workshops, solution design activities, testing, and deployment initiatives.
* Collaborating with business users, project teams, implementation partners, and external service providers.
* Supporting system integrations with eCommerce platforms, warehouse management solutions, financial applications, POS systems, EDI interfaces, and other third-party solutions.
* Assisting data migration activities and promoting data quality and governance best practices.
* Acting as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders while mentoring junior team members and facilitating knowledge transfer.
* Ensuring the stability, performance, and long-term sustainability of SAP Retail solutions
