You’ll manage moderate-to-complex IT projects end-to-end, directly contributing to our business value through exceptional technology execution. This role requires a proven track record of navigating dynamic stakeholder environments. You'll also support senior project managers on major programs and help mature the IT Project Management Office (ITPMO). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a talent for organizing complexity into clear action, we encourage you to apply!</p> <p data-path-to-node="7">This role is based in-office out of our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah.</p> <h2 data-path-to-node="8">ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES</h2> <ul data-path-to-node="9"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Project Execution & Management:</strong> Independently lead and manage medium-complexity IT projects (such as agentic AI projects) from initiation through closing to improve scalability and efficiency. Support data and reporting teams in prioritizing and managing projects and sprints.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Risk & Issue Management:</strong> Proactively identify, assess, prioritize, and manage project risks and issues, developing and executing practical mitigation strategies before they impact delivery.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Organizational Change Management (OCM):</strong> Provide OCM support for cross-functional projects to augment ITPMO capabilities; assist leadership with developing, guiding, and ensuring effective change management happens within the organization.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Project Methodology & Scope:</strong> Expertly apply and tailor various project management approaches (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) to best suit the project scope.
