The team partners closely with Security, Systems Engineering, People Ops, and Engineering to support the full employee lifecycle while continuously improving reliability, automation, and operational maturity.</p> <h3 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" data-sourcepos="7:1-7:20;397-416"><strong>About the role:</strong></h3> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" data-sourcepos="9:1-9:551;418-968">As an IT Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and scaling CoreWeave's internal IT environment. This role blends hands-on end-user and systems support with automation, platform ownership, and process improvement. You will work daily across identity, endpoints, SaaS platforms, and office infrastructure, while contributing to repeatable, scalable solutions that support a growing, distributed workforce. This role requires strong technical depth, sound operational judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment.</p> <h3 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" data-sourcepos="11:1-11:17;970-986"><strong>Who You Are:</strong></h3> <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3" data-sourcepos="13:1-23:127;988-2274"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="13:1-13:131;988-1118">4–6 years of progressive experience in IT support or IT operations roles, preferably in cloud-native or high-growth environments</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="14:1-14:149;1119-1267">Proven experience administering identity and access management platforms (Okta or equivalent), including lifecycle automation and group management</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="15:1-15:103;1268-1370">Hands-on experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints using MDM platforms such as Jamf and Intune</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="16:1-16:131;1371-1501">Experience administering ITSM platforms (Freshservice or similar), including ticketing workflows, asset tracking, and automation</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="17:1-17:113;1502-1614">Strong understanding of user lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, role changes, device provisioning)</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="18:1-18:81;1615-1695">Experience deploying and supporting VDI environments and end-user workstations</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="19:1-19:135;1696-1830">Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell; familiarity with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools for automation</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="20:1-20:138;1831-1968">Solid understanding of cloud security fundamentals, MFA, device compliance, and endpoint protection (EDR, email security, MDM controls)</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="21:1-21:78;1969-2046">Ability to troubleshoot across SaaS, endpoint, identity, and network layers</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="22:1-22:101;2047-2147">Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation for systems and operational procedures</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="23:1-23:127;2148-2274">Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and provide occasional after-hours or…
