About this role
To strengthen our capabilities, we are looking for a IT Administrator (80-100%) who ensures that our growing and complex organization operates securely, efficiently and reliably across digital and hardware environments.
Location: Vaduz, Liechtenstein (hybrid, up to 25% home office)
Your Role: As IT Administrator, you are a key enabler of Roarington’s operations. You ensure that internal teams, freelancers and partners can work efficiently within a secure, reliable and well-structured IT environment. You operate across a technically diverse setup spanning office IT, software development and hardware-based products such as our classic car simulators. Working closely with all stakeholders, you establish standards, ensure compliance and keep day-to-day IT operations running smoothly – meeting the high expectations of premium partners like Mercedes-Benz.
Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & License Management: Manage licenses, devices and access rights, ensuring stable, secure and efficient day-to-day IT operations across the organization.
Network & Infrastructure Coordination: Maintain and optimize networks, VPNs and access controls in collaboration with the parent company, ensuring business continuity.
Secure Development Environments: Establish and maintain controlled, secure environments for Roarington’s digital twins development, protecting intellectual property across employees, freelancers and partners.
Simulator Fleet Management: Manage and evolve a centralized system for Roarington’s simulator fleet, enabling secure remote updates, monitoring and reliable operation at customer sites.
Information Security & Enablement: Implement and oversee Roarington’s ISMS, support compliance with partner requirements, and provide structured IT support, documentation and onboarding.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as an IT Administrator in a complex, professional environment.
Strong hands-on experience with enterprise device management (MDM / endpoint management) and IT operations.
Solid background in information security management and secure system design.
Strong understanding of secure development environments and IP protection concepts.
Structured, self-driven and service-oriented personality, comfortable working in a premium, high-expectation setting.
Fluent in German and English.
