By working closely with production, suppliers, and sales, you help achieve an optimal balance between availability and costs. With your proactive approach, you contribute to a smooth supply chain and sustainable results.

**Job description**

* Managing and creating purchase orders for production plants, co‑manufacturers, and suppliers based on aligned planning with the demand planning teams.
* Monitoring and analysing inventory levels to ensure optimal availability and service levels.
* Proactively communicating about supply and expiry risks and contributing to the implementation of robust inventory management processes and best practices.
* Aligning with internal production and supply chain teams to follow up on production plans and to identify and mitigate potential supply risks in a timely manner.
* Monitoring production and transportation flows and ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date data in SAP.
* Continuously improving and further automating the replenishment process, including optimisation of planning parameters.
