Your new role

Join a dynamic team as a Customer Service Specialist for our international client based in Zaventem, specializing in the chemical sector.

As the key liaison for clients worldwide, you'll be the go-to person for inquiries, handling them seamlessly from order placement in SAP to comprehensive follow-ups. Coordinating transportation is also part of your skill set. Your expertise extends to assisting customers with issues and inquiries, primarily through email communication.

Collaboration is key! You'll frequently engage with internal departments such as sales, marketing, supply chain, ensuring a thorough check on prices, product availability, and terms and conditions. Your commitment to excellent after-sales service is paramount. Finally, you'll be the maestro behind invoicing.
