**Job description**

As a key member of our International Team, you will:

* Coordinate claim surveys for clients in collaboration with our global network of seasoned surveyors.
* Organize and oversee joint surveys to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
* Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to keep them informed of survey developments.
* Report investigation findings to clients, detailing the cause and nature of any damages.
* Adapt to the fast-paced world of fresh produce by multitasking and managing multiple ongoing cases.
* Work independently on tasks but remain part of a supportive and flexible team ready to assist whenever needed.
