We also collaborate with partners on the development of TransCon-based products in other therapeutic areas and markets.
We are seeking a passionate Intern to join our growing team in Italy. As an intern, you will support various areas within the commercial function and work closely with P&L owners, functional leaders, and management. You will be involved in a broad range of tasks across the commercial spectrum, giving you a central role and the opportunity to build expertise quickly.
We will provide the necessary training and mentoring to help you get started and continuously develop your skills. You will become part of an international team with a broad network—an excellent opportunity for professional growth and a foot in the door to a leading biotech company.
Location: This position is based in our office in Milan, Italy.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Administration & Operational support
Document management (Veeva, Teams)
Support in the creation and management of:
Purchase orders
Supplier contracts
Administrative documentation
Support reporting activities and data updates
Contribute to improving internal processes (approval workflows, vendor management)
Human Resources Administration
Support basic HR activities (new employee onboarding, document management)
Coordination with Global HR for administrative processes
Support in organizing training sessions and internal activities
Office Management
Office and vendor management (services, supplies, facilities, Health & Safety)
Organization of meetings, travel arrangements, and calendar management
Policy & Governance
Support the drafting, updating, and review of company policies (e.g., internal procedures, operational guidelines)
Support the dissemination and archiving of policies
Fleet Management
Operational support in managing the company car fleet
Monitoring deadlines (leasing, maintenance, insurance)
Team Support
Cross-functional support to commercial and administrative teams
Coordination and follow-up activities
Support for projects and ad hoc tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
You are currently pursuing a relevant academic degree, or you have obtained your Bachelor studies in the fields of Business Administration or something similar.
Furthermore, you have:
Strong communication skills
Strong PowerPoint & Excel skills
A flair for working with data and handling administrative tasks
Fluency in spoken and written English
The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A structured and detail-oriented working style
Key competencies:
You are a team player with a can-do, service-minded attitude. You are curious, eager to learn, and genuinely enthusiastic about supporting others. While you are capable of working independently with minimal supervision, you also know when to seek guidance. You take initiative, are not afraid to learn from mistakes, and can be counted on to meet deadlines reliably
Work hours: You are expected to work approximately 40 hours per week.
Start date: ASAP
Salary: EUR 1,000 per month
