We are currently looking to hire an Intelligence and Threat Assessment Manager (EMEA) to join our team embedded with our client in Dublin, Ireland! This position allows for remote work within Ireland or the United Kingdom.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Intelligence and Threat Assessment Manager leads comprehensive threat prevention for our global offices, executives, and employees while helping protect the company culture we take pride in. This role sits on the team responsible for investigating, assessing, and managing physical security threats across a company of more than 10,000 employees and 26 offices worldwide. The role encompasses internal education, response coordination, and investigations. The nature of cases includes threats and violence towards any person. This role will be responsible for developing and managing primarily prevention and response phases, and consulting on recovery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain the ability to identify, investigate, analyze, and manage threats of violence toward global offices, executives, and employees.
• Utilize evidence-based risk assessment and threat assessment tools, backed by relevant training and experience.
• Deliver timely and actionable workplace violence prevention assessments to support executive protection and enterprise-wide security operations.
• Conduct research using open-source intelligence, law enforcement databases, social media platforms, and deep/dark web resources to identify known and potential threats impacting offices, executives, and employees.
• Foster effective relationships with local law enforcement partners, investigative teams, research organizations, and intelligence vendors to enhance safety and security efforts.
• Collaborate effectively with our Community Support, Executive Protection, Global Threat Assessment, Regional Security Management, and Open Source Intelligence team members on related threats.
