Working within the Integration Management Office (IMO), you will establish the integration structure, governance and delivery approach, ensuring strategic integration objectives are translated into structured, measurable execution across all functional workstreams. You will work closely with functional leads across People, Finance, IT, Legal, Risk and Commercial, supporting the day-to-day coordination of integration activities within workstreams, tracking progress, and ensuring risks, issues and dependencies are actively managed. You’ll also work with external integration consultants/advisory partners supporting the transaction to ensure alignment between the integration strategy and operational delivery. This is a hands-on programme leadership role requiring the ability to operate strategically while remaining close to delivery detail.
