Works as part of a small, highly technical team supporting both the underlying infrastructure and advanced AI capabilities built on top of it.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p> <p><em>Platform Administration & Operations </em></p> <ul> <li>Administers RHEL 9 servers and Windows servers supporting a self-hosted ServiceNow environment running on AWS</li> <li>Manages and maintains core AWS infrastructure including EC2 instances, RDS databases, Application Load Balancers (ALBs), security groups, and related services</li> <li>Works incidents and service requests related to platform health, stability, and performance</li> <li>Performs minor and major upgrades to the ServiceNow platform and underlying infrastructure with minimal service disruption</li> </ul> <p><em>AI & Advanced Capabilities Engineering</em></p> <ul> <li>Deploys, configures, and maintains ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, AI Search (AIS), Predictive Intelligence, and AI Control Tower</li> <li>Integrates ServiceNow with AWS Bedrock and large language model (LLM) backends to enable generative AI features in a self-hosted, classified environment</li> <li>Supports MCP (Model Context Protocol) server configuration and integration with AI tooling</li> <li>Maintains platform-level configuration and integration across AI capability modules Engineering & Modernization</li> <li>Develops proof-of-concept (POC) solutions and investigates emerging technologies relevant to the platform and mission</li> <li>Produces engineering recommendations in response to evolving technical requirements, new customer needs, and technology advancements</li> <li>Maintains and modernizes infrastructure as platform capabilities and government requirements evolve Integration & Collaboration</li> <li>Works directly with integration partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues arising from third-party integrations</li> <li>Supports other teams across the organization with platform-related needs including CMDB administration, discovery configuration, and ad hoc technical assistance</li> <li>Collaborates with stakeholders to translate operational and customer requirements into technical solutions</li> </ul> <p><em>Technical Environment</em></p> <ul> <li><u>Operating Systems</u>: RHEL 9, Windows Server</li> <li><u>Cloud Platform</u>: AWS (EC2, RDS, ALB, Security Groups, Bedrock)</li> <li><u>ITSM Platform</u>: ServiceNow (self-hosted, Zurich)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with Linux server administration</li> <li>Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)</li> <li>Experience with ServiceNow</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with AWS AI Services</li> <li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Clearance</strong></p> <ul> <li>An active TS/SCI is required</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: rgb(236, 240, 241);"><strong>#LI-Defense </strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(236, 240, 241);"><strong>#LI-Hybrid </strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(236, 240, 241);"><strong>#clearancejobs</strong></span></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia,…
