<p><strong>Work Arrangement</strong></p> <p>Remote position with periodic travel to AEVEX facilities (Tampa, FL; Solana Beach, CA; other locations) as needed for go-lives, workshops, and team events. Estimated travel: 10–20%. May require occasional work outside standard business hours for production deployments, patches, or critical incident resolution.</p> <p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p> <p>AEVEX Aerospace is seeking an experienced Infor LN Engineer and Developer to join our Business Systems team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions within the Infor LN / CloudSuite Aerospace & Defense ERP environment. The Infor LN Developer will work closely with business stakeholders, functional analysts, and the Data & AI CoE to deliver scalable, compliant, and well-governed ERP solutions that support AEVEX’s manufacturing operations, financial systems, and supply chain processes. AEVEX operates on Infor CloudSuite A&D deployed on AWS GovCloud. This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep knowledge of LN Tools, ION integration, and Infor OS platform services. The ideal candidate brings both development expertise and functional understanding of discrete manufacturing / A&D business processes.</p> <p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p> <ul> <li>Technical Development <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain customizations, extensions, and configurations within Infor LN using LN Tools (4GL/BL programming, forms, sessions, reports, DALs).</li> <li>Build and maintain integrations between Infor LN and enterprise applications (Unanet, Blackline, Salesforce, UKG, Concur, Power BI) using Infor ION, ION API, and BODs.</li> <li>Translate business objectives into LN process designs and application architecture; maintain the ERP roadmap and standards.</li> <li>Lead cross functional design sessions with TS and Finance/Accounting; ensure financial transactions and upstream processes are addressed.</li> <li>Define data governance and Data Health KPIs; partner to visualize and track in Power BI (GCC/GCC High).</li> <li>Develop and optimize data flows, APIs, and middleware configurations within the Infor OS platform (ION, Data Lake, Compass).</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to ERP configuration, integrations, batch jobs, and data flows.</li> <li>Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for all development work.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Functional Support <ul> <li>Understanding Order to Cash process.</li> <li>MRP, Logistic, and Finance.</li> </ul> </li> <li>System Administration & Support <ul> <li>Manage and maintain development, test, and production environments within the IRIS/GovCloud infrastructure.</li> <li>Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support for LN-related incidents and service requests.</li> <li>Document all configurations, customizations, and integrations per AEVEX’s change management and governance standards.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Governance & Compliance <ul> <li>Follow all change management processes including documentation, peer review, approval, and controlled promotion through dev/test/production environments.</li> <li>Ensure all development work complies with AEVEX’s data governance policy, data classification standards, and security requirements (NIST 800-171, CMMC, ITAR, SOX).</li> <li>Participate in SOC/SOX compliance activities including access reviews, change documentation, and audit evidence collection.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Collaboration <ul> <li>Partner with functional analysts, Data Stewards, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Data & AI CoE on data product development, reporting pipelines, and analytics initiatives.</li> <li>Work with external partners as needed for escalated support, advisory, and implementation projects.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Standard Essential Functions</strong></p> <ul> <li>Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule].</li> <li>Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices.</li> <li>Embodies AEVEX’s cultural values and aligns daily actions with department goals and company culture.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Competencies</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong proficiency in LN Tools: 4GL/BL programming, forms development, session customization, DALs, LN cloud, report development. (required)</li> <li>Solid SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, data analysis) in a SQL Server or Oracle environment.</li> <li>Understanding of ERP lifecycle management: development, testing, release management, and production support.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex ERP issues under pressure.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills — ability to explain technical concepts…
