INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIANS – TRONDHEIM, NORWAY

About this role

On behalf of our client in the Trondheim region, we are looking for **15 electricians**, including **2 Team Leaders (BAS)**, for a long-term industrial project.

Our client is a leading company within its industry, with a strong project pipeline and exciting opportunities across Norway.

- **Position:** Industrial Electricians / High Voltage Electricians / Electrical Team Leaders (BAS)

- **Employment Type:** Full-time project position (100%)

- **Number of Positions:** 15

- **Language Requirements:** English or a Scandinavian language

**Job Responsibilities**

- Perform a variety of electrical installations at a large industrial facility.

- As a **Team Leader (BAS)**, you will lead a team of 5–10 electricians and act as the link between the client and the electrical crew on site.

- Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

**Qualifications**

- Trade certificate as an Electrician (Group L or H), or DSB approval as an electrician/high-voltage installer.

- A limited number of electricians without DSB approval may also be considered if they have relevant industrial experience.

- Minimum 2 years of experience from industrial electrical projects.

- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

- Good communication skills in English or any Scandinavian language.

- At least 1 year experience as a Team leader (BAS) is required if you are applying for this role.
