And we’re building toward that vision every single day.</p> <p>Join us and you’ll find challenge, growth, and the chance to deliver real impact — helping hundreds of companies and thousands of drivers across North America focus on the work that matters most to them.</p></div><p>Cardata is looking for an <strong>Implementation Specialist </strong>to own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new customers joining our platform.</p> <p>You will take ownership of customer onboarding from kickoff through requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, user training, go-live, and post-launch validation.&nbsp;This role is a key driver of customer time-to-value. You will ensure each customer’s program is configured accurately, stakeholders are prepared to use the platform, and the account is ready for a successful transition into its ongoing Customer Success and Account Management relationships.</p> <p>This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who can combine detailed system configuration with strong project ownership, training, and executive-level communication. You will work independently to drive implementations forward while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and internal systems teams.</p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own new customer implementations from Sales handoff through go-live and initial post-launch validation.</li> <li>Lead kickoff calls, align on timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and launch requirements.</li> <li>Gather customer requirements, workflows, business rules, and configuration needs.</li> <li>Configure customer programs, workflows, permissions, rules, and system settings in Cardata’s platform.</li> <li>Validate customer data, test configurations, troubleshoot issues, and confirm launch readiness.</li> <li>Deliver onboarding and training for customer admins, operational stakeholders, drivers, and end users.</li> <li>Manage expectations, track milestones, dependencies, risks, and customer action items and next steps throughout implementation.</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering and internal systems teams to ensure smooth launches.</li> <li>Complete structured handoffs to Customer Success and Account Management after go-live.</li> <li>Escalate implementation risks early to maintain launch commitments, surface recurring implementation challenges, product feedback, and process improvement opportunities.</li> <li>Continuously identify opportunities to automate implementation activities and reduce manual effort through system enhancements and AI-enabled workflows.</li> <li>Contribute to implementation documentation, templates, training materials, and scalable workflows.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>5-8 years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, professional services, solutions delivery, or a related customer-facing role.</li> <li>Experience independently managing customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, ideally in an enterprise SaaS environment.</li> <li>Strong ability to manage complex requirements, stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and launch risks.</li> <li>Ability to translate business and operational requirements into system configurations.</li> <li>Experience working in configurable software platforms and learning complex products quickly.</li> <li>Confident customer-facing communication skills, including expectation management, stakeholder alignment, and training facilitation.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail, documentation, organization, and follow-through.</li> <li>Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and technical teams.</li> <li>High learning agility and adaptability as products, processes, and customer needs evolve.</li> <li>Experience with CRM or customer success platforms such as Gainsight, HubSpot, or Salesforce.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience with customer training, enablement, or change management</li> <li>Familiarity with reimbursement, compliance, payroll, HR, finance, or operational workflows</li> <li>Experience helping build or improve an implementation function, playbook, or repeatable onboarding process</li> </ul> <div> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <p>In line with Ontario’s Pay Transparency legislation, the expected base compensation for this role is $85,000–$100,000 CAD annually, with actual earnings dependent on experience, skills, and performance.
