You will work on confirming customer requirements and translating them into an effective process within the Clariti Solution. You will work with a team of both Clariti and System Integrator (SI) partner resources dedicated to successful project implementations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be comfortable and confident in navigating and configuring our solution and demonstrating proof-of-concept and final solution deliverables to Clariti, partner, and customer audiences. You will play a pivotal role in delivering our solution implementations by leveraging your expertise in the Clariti solution and the various implementation methodologies.</p> <h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>As an Implementation Consultant at Clariti, you’ll get to :</strong></span></h2> <p><strong>Functional Analysis & Solution Design</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform business assessments to identify and document client requirements regarding Clariti Software products and functionality to ensure efficient software solutions for the client's needs.</li> <li>Identify and document business and technical requirement specifications for software design and development, forms, reports, interfaces, processes, and other relevant changes using Clariti best practices.</li> <li>Utilize knowledge of the Salesforce platform to propose solutions to business and technical problems in a way that is complementary to the Clariti solution.</li> <li>Leverage expert knowledge of the Clariti solution to propose solutions to customer business requirements.</li> <li>Leverage SDLC, Salesforce, and Clariti knowledge to support customers, partners, and Clariti teams during all phases of implementation projects.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder & Partner Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the Clariti software expert for one or more clients, representing the solution with confidence throughout the project lifecycle.</li> <li>Expertly communicate and negotiate with customers, partners, and internal Clariti teams in a consultative manner to arrive at technical solutions to customer business requirements, validating alignment of those solutions to Clariti's best practices and project scope.</li> <li>Expertly communicate with customers, partners, and internal Clariti teams to overcome challenges and ensure the achievement of design objectives.</li> <li>Support the SI partner and Clariti teams to deliver capabilities using the Clariti solution and Salesforce platform.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work collaboratively with all project team members and stakeholders.</li> <li>Contribute positively to Clariti teams, tools, processes, and mechanisms to enhance the organization's ability to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>AI &…
