As a result of continued growth, we are currently hiring Immigration Specialist to work within our office in Hyderabad, India. These roles require individuals with a strong immigration background, specifically in the field of US business/corporate immigration - this means, your experience will be skewed towards the processing of US employment-based visa applications.

Position Summary

The Immigration Specialist is responsible for handling employment-based and/or family-based immigration cases from initiation through final adjudication. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, foreign nationals, attorneys and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate preparation, filing, and tracking of immigration petitions and applications. The Immigration Specialist maintains compliance with immigration regulations, manages case documentation, and delivers exceptional client service throughout the immigration process.

As our Immigration Specialist, you will be required to:

1. High-Volume Case Management Responsibilities

• Independently manage 100–200+ active immigration cases across multiple visa categories of employment-based and/or family-based immigration matters while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and adherence to filing deadlines.

• Coordinate the preparation and filing of immigration petitions and applications, including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status, E-3, and dependent visa applications.

• Coordinate high-volume activities including:

• Initial case intake and eligibility assessments.

• Document collection and validation.

• Questionnaire management and follow-up.

• Preparation of immigration forms and support documentation.

• Online filing submissions.

• RFE and audit response tracking.

• Case status monitoring and reporting.

• Visa expiration tracking and renewals.

• Manage simultaneous deadlines for multiple clients, employees, and stakeholders across different immigration programs.

• Execute bulk case actions, communications, and reporting activities while meeting established turnaround times and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Upload, review, and maintain electronic case documentation and process immigration cases through various online government and client portals, including USCIS, Department of Labor, CEAC, and other immigration management platforms, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

• Review immigration petitions prepared by Paralegals and Senior Paralegals, and identify (and help resolve) any current or potential issues

• Provide basic training, guidance, conduct updates and mentoring Paralegals as required

• Troubleshoot portal-related issues and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical or submission challenges.

2. Client and Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, foreign nationals, HR representatives, and work closely with the attorneys.

• Provide regular status updates and respond promptly to client inquiries.

• Explain immigration processes, required documentation, and filing timelines.

• Escalate complex legal or procedural issues to attorneys as appropriate.

3. Documentation and Compliance

• Review supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Prepare forms, support letters, filing packages, and government submissions under attorney supervision.

• Monitor regulatory and policy changes affecting immigration processes.

• Ensure compliance with firm policies, client-specific procedures, and applicable immigration laws.

4. Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve case processing efficiency and service delivery.

• Develop and maintain procedural documentation and best practices.

• Assist in training new team members and sharing subject matter expertise.

• Participate in quality assurance reviews and compliance audits.
