Build and manage IBM MQ messaging solutions (queue managers, queues, channels, listeners, clusters, certificates)
Administer MQ components and ensure smooth message flow, availability, and system health
Troubleshoot incidents (stuck messages, performance issues, connectivity failures) and perform root cause analysis
Work with Mainframe Z/OS structures, logs, and libraries
Develop and support message flows/integrations using IBM MQ, IIB/ACE, Java, XML, JMS, REST APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MQ with Microsoft D365, mainframe, cloud platforms, and distributed apps

5+ years of IBM MQ / WebSphere MQ experience
Strong knowledge of messaging concepts (queues, topics, channels, persistence, transactions)
Proficiency in Java, XML, JMS, REST APIs
Advanced troubleshooting with MQ logs/traces
Exposure to Linux scripting, high availability setups, and ServiceNow ticketing

Middleware experience with MuleSoft
Knowledge of Azure cloud
