The Opportunity

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team as a Hybrid Lead Provider, supporting both our Pittsfield urgent care clinic and virtual urgent care operations.

This is a unique full-time hybrid opportunity designed for a high-caliber Physician Assistant (PA) who thrives in both collaborative in-person environments and innovative telemedicine care delivery.

In this role, you’ll serve as a clinical leader and mentor within our Pittsfield clinic while also extending access to care through scheduled virtual urgent care shifts. The ideal candidate is based in or near Western Massachusetts and able to work onsite in Pittsfield as well as remotely from home.

This role is perfect for a provider who values mentorship, clinical excellence, operational flexibility, and patient-centered care across multiple care settings.

Shift Structure

• Full-time hybrid role

• Schedule consists of three 12.5-hour shifts per week (remote or onsite, depending on operational needs)
