We are growing and looking to add an experienced Heating & Cooling (HVAC) Technician to our team.
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. This is a higher-level role suited for a technician who can work independently, provide excellent customer service, and take pride in quality work.

Key Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems (furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.)
Accurately diagnose system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and company procedures
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Complete work orders and documentation accurately and timely
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience required
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic techniques
EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
