Join us!</p></div><p>We're seeking an HR Specialist to support our rapidly growing Pharmacy Operations team at BlinkRx. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this role will provide day-to-day HR support to our large hourly workforce, coach frontline managers on employee relations matters, and help maintain a compliant and engaging workplace across our operations locations.</p> <p>BlinkRx is a fast-paced, high-growth company. To thrive here, you must be comfortable with change, adaptable to shifting priorities, and proactive in solving problems.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Employee Relations&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support frontline managers with employee relations matters, performance management, and day-to-day HR questions across hourly operations.</li> <li>Assist with workplace investigations including gathering facts, documenting findings, and escalating complex issues appropriately.</li> <li>Coach managers on performance conversations, progressive discipline, and policy application.</li> <li>Review and provide guidance on corrective actions and performance improvement plans.</li> <li>Support responses to unemployment claims and employment-related matters</li> </ul> <p><strong>Employee Experience &amp; Operations Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with People Operations to coordinate FMLA, leave of absence, and accommodation requests.</li> <li>Support new hire onboarding coordination with People Operations, IT, and Workplace Services.</li> <li>Conduct exit interviews for hourly employees and identify trends in turnover data.</li> <li>Ensure accurate completion of termination documentation, checklists, and offboarding processes.</li> <li>Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day employee lifecycle questions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>People Programs &amp; Leadership Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support talent programs, including performance reviews, calibration sessions, and goal-setting processes for hourly populations.</li> <li>Help managers document employee issues and deliver effective feedback.</li> <li>Build manager capability to handle routine employee relations matters independently.</li> <li>Maintain awareness of employee performance, engagement, and other metrics to identify trends.</li> <li>Support change management communications for HR programs and organizational updates impacting operations teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.</li> <li>At least 3–4 years of human resources experience supporting hourly populations in a production or metrics-based environment.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of employment law (FMLA, ADA, etc.) and HR best practices.</li> <li>Experience coaching managers and handling standard employee relations issues with sound judgment.</li> <li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.</li> <li>Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, fulfillment, or high-volume operations environments is preferred.</li> <li>Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, and constantly evolving environment.</li> <li>Ability to work independently while building strong, trust-based relationships across teams.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Why Join Us:<br><br></strong>It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.&nbsp; At Blink, we have a huge impact on people when they are most vulnerable: at the intersection of their healthcare and finances.
