This is a unique, dual-impact role where you will be the face of our Lincoln office, creating an environment where people love to work, while simultaneously taking on a <strong>global role</strong> in how we develop talent and manage performance.&nbsp;</p> <p>You’ll be the bridge between our global strategy and our local reality, ensuring that while we think globally, our UK team feels supported, challenged, and celebrated every single day.</p> <h3><strong>The Core Pillars of Your Role</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Office Stewardship:</strong> Ensure the Lincoln office remains a vibrant, high-utility environment. From the physical setup to the daily vibe, you make sure the office is a place that fuels productivity.</li> <li><strong>Culture Architect:</strong> Plan and execute local culture activities, team-building events, and surprise and delight moments that keep the UK team connected and engaged.</li> <li><strong>Internal Communications:</strong> Coordinate UK-specific internal comms, ensuring the Lincoln team is always in the loop and aligned with our global mission.</li> <li><strong>Performance Cycles Lattice Power-User:</strong> Lead the end-to-end execution of our annual and mid-year review cycles, ensuring they are high-impact and low-friction.</li> <li><strong>UK Compliance:</strong> Act as the resident expert on UK employment law and local customs, ensuring our Lincoln office is a best-in-class, compliant workplace.</li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Operational Analysis:</strong> Analyze local operational processes and workflows to identify areas for increased efficiency.</li> <li><strong>Employee Lifecycle Management:</strong> Orchestrate the full employee journey from "Hello" to "Goodbye," managing high-touch <strong>onboarding</strong> that integrates new hires into the Lincoln culture and conducting compliant, empathetic <strong>offboarding</strong>.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Operations &amp; Business Management</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Financial Stewardship:</strong> Manage the UK office budget and local vendor relationships with a keen eye for detail.</li> <li><strong>Project &amp; Change Management:</strong> Lead local change initiatives, helping the team navigate new processes or organizational shifts with ease.</li> <li><strong>Facilities &amp; Safety:</strong> Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything from tech to snacks is running smoothly.</li> <li><strong>Payroll &amp; Compensation Lead:</strong> Manage the end-to-end <strong>monthly UK payroll</strong> process, including the precision-tracking of <strong>PTO</strong>, <strong>compensation adjustments</strong>, and statutory benefits.</li> <li><strong>Finance Point of Contact:</strong> Serve as the UK liaison for the global accounting team, taking ownership of <strong>QuickBooks reconciliation</strong> and delivering monthly <strong>cash flow forecasts</strong> to ensure local operational liquidity.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Who You Are</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>HR Expert: </strong>You know the local HR laws and benefits to create a best place to work.</li> <li><strong>Collaborative:</strong> You thrive on working across time zones and departments to get things done.</li> <li><strong>Comfortable Driving Change:</strong> You don’t just follow processes; you improve them and lead the team through the transition.</li> <li><strong>Intuitive:</strong> You can read the energy of the office and know exactly when the team needs a boost.</li> <li><strong>Metrics-Driven:</strong> You love using data to prove that our people's strategies are working and how we make decisions.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3 to 10 years in People Operations, Employee Experience, or HR with a heavy Performance Management focus.</li> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Degree-level education</li> <li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> You are a Power-User of software; experience with Bamboo HR, Greenhouse and <strong>Lattice</strong> are a major advantage.</li> <li><strong>Presence:</strong> This is a Hybrid<strong> role</strong> based in <strong>Lincoln Office</strong>.
