Level: VP
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end Singapore local HR operations, including payroll, CPF, and tax administration, ensuring full compliance and accuracy.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, maintain documentation, and handle employee records management.
- Plan and execute local employee engagement activities and internal culture initiatives.
- Handle employee communication and relations, respond to staff enquiries, and coordinate employment matters.
- Implement global HR policies and ensure alignment with Singapore local labour regulations for full compliance.
- Maintain HR data and reports, and liaise with HQ HR and local external vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
- 5-8 years of solid generalist HR experience, with a total working experience of less than 10 years.
- Familiarity with Singapore payroll, CPF, tax rules, and local employment laws.
- Hands-on experience in onboarding, offboarding, employee activities, and staff relations; proactive, detail-oriented, and independent.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong communication skills.
- Prior HR experience in securities, financial institutions, or Chinese overseas companies is highly preferred.
