What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring accurate and seamless execution across multiple regions

• Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture and employee relations

• Oversee office administration and facilities, including supplies, maintenance coordination, and vendor management

• Support the planning and execution of employee benefits programs, contributing to the delivery of annual initiatives

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, and participate in recruitment and cross-functional HR projects as needed

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and processes

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take ownership
