Job brief :

Odindo Global is looking to expand the growing Team, and looking to hireHR RecruitersTrainee / Internwith minimum 6 Months to 3 years of hardcore recruitment experience and good communication skills.

Candidate must have full-cycle recruiting experience in CV Sourcing, Talent Search, Interview Coordination, and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Recruiter must be able to find and attract candidates using various sources, Job portals like Naukri.Com, Times Jobs, Shine, Indeed etc .

• Must be able to use ATS to manage candidates.

• The ideal recruiter must have combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates and Developing & Acquiring New Clients.

• Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our clients attract, hire and retain the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Person Specific Requirements and Skills :

Experience Required :

• 6 Months to 3 Years in Permanent Recruitment.

•
Educational Qualifications :

• Schooling 10th and 12th must be from n reputed school, Preferably from an English medium school.

• Graduation from a reputed institution preferably in the field related to study of computers.

•
Work experience :

• Must have worked as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).

• Work experience duration must be between 6 Months to 3 Years as a recruiter.

Traits & Abilities

• Excellent Typing Skills on Laptops (Minimum 30 words per minute & 98% above accuracy).

• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (Face to Face, Video, Telephone, Competency-based, Stress, Technical etc)

• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)

• Familiarity with HR Databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)

• Must have Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong decision-making skills.
