As L&D HR Officer, you'll be responsible for:

* Coordinate, organize, and deliver **training sessions** * Maintain & update the **training catalogue** * Identify development needs and manage relationships with **external training providers** * Ensure accurate HR data management and documentation (training records, performance data, job files) * Coordinate and manage the **performance management cycle** (ensuring timely completion of objectives setting and reviews) * Act as **key user of HR tools** providing user support and driving adoption across the organization * Maintain and update **job descriptions, job grading, and organizational charts** * Support **career development initiatives** * Contribute and support HR activities when needed
