HR Manager - Hospitality Group in Democratic Republic of the Congo, Africa

Apt Resources is looking for a skilled HR Manager to join a leading hospitality group based in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all human resource functions, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with local employment regulations within the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and company standards
Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts effectively
Coordinate employee performance management, training, and development programs
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for senior management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and human resources best practices specific to the DRC
Collaborate with management to support organizational development and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience with HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
