We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and drive key people initiatives. The role combines strategic business partnering with conceptual responsibility for organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to align people and business strategies.
Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
Design and implement HR concepts, policies, and people programs.
Support talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
Advise managers on employee relations and people decisions.
Use HR data and insights to identify trends and recommend actions.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Several years of HRBP experience in a strategic role.
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in organizational development and change management.
Conceptual and analytical thinking with a hands-on mindset.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Business proficiency in both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
