Working collaboratively with a Physical Therapist, you will provide exceptional rehabilitative therapy to <strong>adult and geriatric patients</strong> their <strong>homes in Boston, Dorchester, Roxbury, Hyde Park, Roslindale and Surrounding Towns.</strong>  Prior home health experience is not required.
