Requirements Key responsibilities include: Overseeing all aspects of agency operations including business development and program management Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve agency goals Ensuring compliance with company policies, as well as state and federal regulations related to home care Leading recruitment, training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff to ensure optimal performance Monitoring patient care delivery to maintain the highest quality standards Addressing client needs and managing complaints in a timely and professional manner Hands-on experience in patient care is essential Qualifications: Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) required Proven leadership and management experience in home health care or a related field Strong knowledge of state and federal home care regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively Independent, proactive, and team-oriented approach If you are ready to lead with compassion and expertise, apply today to join AdvisaCare’s mission to provide exceptional home care services.
