Responsibilities
Safely operate heavy equipment including Backhoe, Excavator, Boom Truck, and others as required
Conduct pre-operational inspections and perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites
Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to accomplish project goals efficiently
Load, move, and position equipment and materials precisely as per project specifications
Report any defects or issues with equipment promptly to maintenance teams
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience operating Backhoe, Excavator, Boom Truck, and similar heavy equipment
Valid operator certifications and licenses relevant to heavy machinery
Strong knowledge of safety standards and operational procedures
Ability to read and interpret project plans and instructions
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Physical fitness and ability to work in varying environmental conditions
