As a Head Technician, Senior Mechanic or Technical Coordinator, you combine hands-on technical expertise with the daily coordination of a small team. Your main focus is diagnosing and resolving technical issues on heavy equipment.

* Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
* Perform assembly, disassembly and modification work on machines.
* Carry out machine inspections and functional checks.
* Support machine testing, commissioning and validation activities.
* Prepare technical reports and troubleshooting guidelines.
* Coordinate daily work planning and priorities for two mechanics.
* Perform quality inspections and support continuous improvement initiatives.
