About this role

You’re not just entering a market; you’re scaling it. As Head of US Sales at Lio, you build on our first US enterprise wins and turn early traction into a scalable, high-performing revenue engine while creating a strong bridge between New York and our Munich HQ.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this role, you will:

- Scale Lio’s US go-to-market strategy from initial deals to repeatable, predictable growth

- Expand and deepen relationships with flagship enterprise customers

- Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing US sales team aligned with our HQ values and culture

- Build a strong executive network across enterprise procurement and AI ecosystems

- Work closely with Munich (Sales, Product, Marketing, Leadership) to ensure tight transatlantic alignment

- Bring structured US market feedback into product, positioning, and strategy decisions

YOUR PROFILE

You’re a good fit for this role if you:

- Have 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including leadership responsibility

- Have scaled a US market presence beyond the first deals into structured growth

- Combine hands-on closing strength with strategic market-building thinking

- Are well-connected in the US enterprise or tech ecosystem

- Lead by example and build strong, value-driven cultures

- Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments

WHY JOIN US?

At Lio, you’ll build on real momentum; not a blank slate. You’ll scale our US footprint, shape the team, and turn early enterprise traction into long-term market leadership. Together with our Munich HQ, you’ll create a tightly aligned transatlantic growth engine for a category-defining AI company. Are you in?
