About this role
Ethos is seeking a seasoned head of regulatory compliance to guide AI model training on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role requires ownership of privacy and data‑protection controls in fast-moving projects. You will manage DPIAs, records of processing activities, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, privacy notices, and DPAs, ensuring regulator and customer scrutiny is met.
