You'll partner directly with our CTO and CPO to shape the people strategy across Engineering, Product, Design, and Stack AI, helping one of Asana's most critical organizations evolve through growth, AI transformation, and innovation</span><span data-path-to-node="3,3"><sup class="superscript"></sup></span><span data-path-to-node="3,4">. You'll lead a high-performing team of experienced People Partners who are trusted advisors across the organization</span><span data-path-to-node="3,5"><sup class="superscript"></sup></span><span data-path-to-node="3,6">. Together, you'll shape the people strategy for R&D, while focusing on executive partnership, organizational evolution, leadership effectiveness, and long-term workforce strategy</span><span data-path-to-node="3,7"><sup class="superscript"></sup></span><span data-path-to-node="3,8">.
