Accounting & Bookkeeping: Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service
FinTech payments: Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses

Requirements
We are seeking a Head of Partnerships – Hong Kong who is inspired by our mission and ready to own our core strategic outcomes over the next 6–12 months. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Country Head of Hong Kong.
Mission:
Accelerate Sleek’s growth in Hong Kong by developing strategic, high-impact partnerships. In this role, you will champion a hybrid strategy: cultivating and optimizing our established, high-performing partner ecosystem while strategically hunting for new alliances to fuel our market momentum.

Outcomes:

Identify and secure high-impact partnerships and develop a pipeline of potential partners in Fintech, eCommerce, and other relevant industries to drive new customer acquisition.

Focus on identifying and signing partnerships with organisations that align with Sleek's value proposition and have the capacity to deliver 15 new customers/month within 3 months, scaling to 60 new customers/month by 12 months.

Implement strategies to optimize partner performance, ensuring increased customer and revenue contributions over time.

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to design and execute solutions for partners. Support seamless implementation of partnerships, monitor performance metrics, and ensure partners are equipped to deliver on agreed goals, including incremental customer and revenue growth.

Must-Have Experience:
3+ years of partnership experience in a tech company or startup specializing in Fintech, SaaS, or eCommerce.
Track record of signing new partners and driving high-impact revenue or user growth.
Professional fluency in English and Cantonese is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a highly valued asset.
An active, established ecosystem of contacts across Hong Kong’s SME hubs, accelerators, local Fintech circles, and eCommerce networks.
A pre-existing network extending across the Greater Bay Area / Guangdong region is highly preferred.

About the Interview Process

The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages.
It might seem like a lot - but fear not - we come prepared! We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish depending on your availability.
Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role.

Initial Review ( One-Way Video & Introductory call with TA): A quick alignment touchpoint with our Talent Acquisition Lead to discuss your background.
Technical Assessment/ Case Study: A ~60 minute Interview with the Country Head of Hong Kong evaluating role-specific expertise.
Final Round: A ~60 minute Interview focused on culture, vision, and scale with a member of our Senior Leadership team.
