**Head of Industrial Performance & Controlling**

You will play a central role in monitoring and driving operational performance, helping business leaders translate industrial activities into measurable financial outcomes.

Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will contribute to both short-term performance delivery and long-term value creation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

* Driving financial and operational performance management across manufacturing activities
* Leading budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes for industrial operations
* Identifying opportunities to improve profitability, productivity and resource allocation
* Analyzing cost structures, operational efficiencies and key performance drivers
* Supporting business leaders through data-driven recommendations and robust financial insights
* Challenging assumptions and influencing decision-making through fact-based analysis
* Developing and enhancing performance management tools, reporting frameworks and financial governance practices
* Supporting investment evaluations, business cases and transformation initiatives
* Monitoring operational risks and ensuring appropriate financial controls are in place
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening business performance
* Collaborating with finance and operational teams across multiple locations and functions.
