Our network is composed of Secret London, Secret Chicago, Secret LA, Secret NYC, Secret Sydney, Lisboa Secreta, Paris Secret, Madrid Secreto, Barcelona Secreta and More!</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We are looking for a Head of Growth Operations with a structured mindset, who loves to improve efficiency in everything and help scale and optimize operations across Secret Media Network. This role will be fully focused on designing, implementing, and improving processes that drive efficiency, scalability, and performance across the organization.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You´ll Do</strong></span></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt;">Process Design & Optimization</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across SMN.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement, and translate them into scalable processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Standardize ways of working to ensure consistency and predictability in execution between different regions: North America, Europe, APAC, Latam</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt;">AI Automation & Tooling</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI tools and internal systems.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with Tech/Data teams to implement scalable solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and execution speed.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt;">Operational Excellence</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with stakeholders to ensure processes are adopted and correctly implemented.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Document and maintain clear operational playbooks.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt;">Strategic Collaboration</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align operations with business needs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring operational feasibility.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Align the organization's business needs with technological and operational solutions by managing critical tools and procedures</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt;">Performance & Metrics</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Define and track KPIs related to operational efficiency (e.g., post production time, output, quality).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Use data to identify…
