About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Field Marketing to be our first demand generation hire in North America where you will drive regional pipeline and business growth. The role is a critical and broad one, helping drive pipeline and growth in one of Perk’s priority markets globally. It's an exciting time to join with significant momentum in the US. This role is someone who is a strategic operator, thinks big picture but also is hands on with execution in a fast paced dynamic environment. More specifically, the right candidate will:
- Set NAM field marketing strategy end-to-end: build and own the integrated/ABM campaign roadmap, own event strategy and portfolio decisions, and own the SDR partnership model that drives pipeline handoff and forecasting.
- Sits on the core NAM leadership team as the senior voice of marketing in the region, with a team reporting in that includes at least one manager-level report, and direct ownership of the regional marketing budget.
- Represents field marketing in cross-functional planning with Sales, RevOps, and global marketing leadership, and shapes how the NAM playbook feeds into Perk's broader global field marketing strategy — a two-way input, not a downstream execution arm.
- Owns the NAM demand-gen KPI set including pipeline targets, Sourced CP1M, channel level targets and marketing sourced + influenced pipeline
This role requires a blend of strategic vision, deep analytical skills, hand on execution with events and ABM, for example, and a deep understanding of the North American B2B SaaS market.

- Identify opportunities to optimize budget allocation and maximize ROI.
- Encourage a culture of experimentation to drive innovation across marketing channels, keeping the company at the forefront of industry trends.
- Be AI fluent and AI first in your approach - what workflows, campaign execution, processes can we automate with AI
Campaign Management & Execution:

- and ABM initiatives.
- Collaborate with the integrated marketing team to localize global content strategies.

- Be part of the extended leadership team in North America, helping influence decision making and outcomes.
- Lead the marketing partnership with the SDR organization to optimize handoffs and
- pipeline performance.
- Maintain pipeline accountability by tracking and analyzing performance against
shared objectives.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Be open, honest and transparent about regional challenges and opportunities, immersing yourself deeply into competitive and market insights
- Manage a small team, focused on uncovering opportunities for growth and hands on execution.
