Pond delivers custom AI agents to these businesses through a network of 7k AI builders, with Pond as the platform and security layer over MCP.
We're backed by Tier-1 VCs and a co-inventor of GPT, and we're looking for a hands-on technical leader to own the platform end to end.
You'd be a great fit if you:
- Build full-stack and ship AI agents in production (TypeScript/Python, LLMs, tool use)
- Have worked on payments, agent coordination/MCP, or platform/marketplace products
- Have early-stage startup experience (founder, founding or early engineer) and like to grind
