Our partner, an international technology-driven organization, is looking for a**Head of DevOps**to lead their DevOps strategy, infrastructure evolution, and platform reliability across highly available systems supporting business-critical services.

Head of DevOps - Role

* Lead the DevOps function, defining and driving strategy across**cloud and on-prem**environments
* Oversee design, deployment, and operations of highly available**Linux-based hybrid infrastructures**
* Champion**Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**, automation, and**CI/CD**using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps practices
* Manage**AWS/Azure/GCP**platforms alongside on-prem datacenter infrastructure
* Ensure**reliability, scalability, security**, and strong observability (monitoring, logging, incident response)
* Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and IT to align infrastructure with business needs
* Drive continuous improvement,**DevOps culture**, and operational maturity across teams
* Lead decisions on**containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)**and orchestration strategies
