Head of Call Center Operations (Remote, US-based)
ISFY (I Sell For You) · United States · 2026-10-21
About this role
I Sell For You (ISFY) is a fast-growing US sales marketplace. Brands bring us their abandoned checkouts and inbound leads, and our phone sales team turns them into revenue. We work on results only.
We are hiring a Head of Call Center Operations to run our phone sales operation day to day. This role reports to the CEO and is the first step toward a COO position. You will be based in the United States and manage our team in the Philippines remotely.
What you will do:
- Lead the team leaders and our team of 500+ phone agents based in the Philippines
- Own the daily numbers: dials per agent, connection rate, conversion, average handle time, attendance
- Build shifts and schedules so every campaign is covered on US hours
- Run quality: call reviews, coaching, scorecards
- Hire, onboard and train new agents with the HR team
- Send the CEO a short weekly report with results and the plan for next week
What we need:
- Based in the United States and authorized to work in the US
- 5+ years managing 100+ agents in a call center or BPO, outbound sales preferred
- Experience managing Philippine BPO teams
- You read dialer data and act on it the same day
- Strong written and spoken English
- Calm, direct, and comfortable holding people accountable
Compensation: USD 70,000 - 110,000 per year based on experience, plus performance bonus. Full-time, remote (United States).
How we hire: a short practical task (we share one real week of call data and you write a 1-page plan), then two interviews, then references. Your first 90 days come with three clear, measurable goals.
To apply, send your CV and a short note about the largest team you have managed to .
