Direct the daily operations of the group, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines. Meet with managers to solicit cooperation and resolve problems. Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity. Assign and review the work of software developers. Manage deployment of the trading strategies. Assign responsibilities to the software developers and monitoring the progress of each project. Develop profitable low latency trading strategies.  Develop the client applications that assist traders in their live trading. Develop custom applications as needed by traders.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Requirements<br></strong>Must have a bachelor’s degree in computing and information science, computer science or a related field. Must have five (5) years of experience as a software architect, software engineer or a related field.
