You will work with validation and engineering teams to develop schedules, identify milestones, flag risks, estimate budgets, and clearly communicate ongoing progress.&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt; color: black;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt; color: black;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</span></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">Work directly with validation team and engineering teams to understand part availability, part maturity (prototype, early stage sample, etc.), test status and timing across multiple components and subsystems. Manage burndown of the risks on a timely basis.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">Create detailed summaries of testing timelines, issues/risks, progress and accomplishments to be shared with key stakeholders&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">Leverage department leaders to translate the top-down corporate strategy and milestones into detailed product roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">Deliver technical presentations that explain validation initiatives to consumer teams </span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">Ensure the validation team understands what they need to deliver at all times.
