Guest Relations Officer (Part-timer) (Gilmore/Rempapa)

About this role

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist as the first point of contact for guests through phone, email, or online bookings.
Attend to inquiries and direct them to the relevant department when needed.
Answer calls, record reservations, and update booking details.
Assist with POS transactions, ensuring bills are accurate before presenting to guests.
Assist in set up of tables and service areas according to SOP.
Attend to guest feedback politely and escalate to supervisors when necessary.
Carry out other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or restaurant settings is preferred.
Excellent communication skills; verbally and in writing.
Basic knowledge on commonly used reservations system.
Flexibility and commitment to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
