If you believe in community, come join ours.</p></div><p><strong>About this role</strong></p> <p>Our Brand Success team partners with our largest brands to help them maximize their business on Faire, serving as a critical revenue and growth driver for both brands and Faire.</p> <p>As Director of GTM Strategy &amp; Operations for Brand Success, you'll be the strategic and operational partner to Brand Success leadership, maximizing the organization’s impact and shaping its strategy, operating model, and investment priorities. You’ll be a true player-coach, leading a small, high-performing team while personally tackling the organization's most complex and highest-impact challenges. You'll drive results end-to-end - diving into the data, identifying opportunities, aligning cross-functional teams, removing roadblocks, and leading execution through to measurable business impact. You’ll move with urgency and roll up your sleeves to jump into whatever it takes to drive results, partnering across Product, Brand Success, Marketing, Data Science, and Finance. This is a high-visibility role where you'll regularly present business performance, strategic insights, and recommendations to Faire's leadership team, and your work will directly shape how we grow Faire’s and our customers’ businesses.</p> <p>This is an ideal role for someone who wants to work as a high-impact player-coach - leading a small high-performing team while personally tackling ambiguous business problems in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and data-driven environment.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the most important metrics for our business, understanding and driving outcomes</li> <li>Drive large cross-functional strategic initiatives that move company metrics in partnership with Product, Brand Success, Marketing, Data Science, etc.</li> <li>Lead a small team of high performing Strategy &amp; Operations individual contributors, driving impact via coaching, prioritization, and vision setting</li> <li>Break down complex and ambiguous strategic and analytical problems</li> <li>Develop effective and scalable operational processes and fill operational gaps, jumping into whatever it takes to drive impact</li> <li>Develop, refine, and execute on go-to-market strategies</li> <li>Identify opportunities through strong customer understanding and analytics, and make recommendations to Faire’s leadership team</li> <li>Provide thought partnership and collaboration to cross functional teammates</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of relevant work experience in strategic and operational roles across business operations, consulting, or finance</li> <li>You have experience with people management and go-to-market organizations</li> <li>You are a strategic problem solver. You can break down ambiguous problems and apply a first principles approach to solving them.</li> <li>You are scrappy and resourceful. When something needs to get done, you always find a way to make it happen</li> <li>You are analytical and metrics-focused. You can execute on complex analyses, define KPIs, size opportunity areas, and measure and report on performance across the business</li> <li>You have strong product and business intuition. You contextualize how insights fit into broader business goals</li> <li>You are a strong communicator. You can crisply communicate actionable data-driven recommendations to all audiences</li> <li>You are an extraordinarily fast learner. You have the natural curiosity and intellectual horsepower to deeply understand new topics and pick up new skills in a very short time</li> <li>You are highly collaborative and able to influence and work through others</li> <li>You have strong proficiency in Excel + SQL</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary Range</strong></p> <p>San Francisco: the pay range for this role is $237,000 to $325,500 per year.</p> <p>This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em><span style="font-weight: 400;"><em data-stringify-type="italic">Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday).</em> Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the…
