GTM OPERATIONS ANALYST
At CreatorIQ, our go-to-market teams move fast — and the marketing engine behind them needs to keep pace. As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you will be the technical backbone of our demand generation function, keeping our marketing automation platform and the data flowing through it reliable, clean, and built to scale. Reporting into GTM Operations, you will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to translate campaign requirements into well-documented solutions, protect the data integrity our funnel depends on, and make sure leads never get stuck on their way to the right rep. This role is highly tactical and hands-on — ideal for someone who is excited to roll up their sleeves at the back end of marketing automation, pull apart complex technical problems, and build systems that just work. If you are a detail-obsessed problem solver who thrives at the intersection of marketing, data, and go-to-market strategy, this is your role.
Working Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PHT (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET)
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Own marketing automation administration end-to-end: Keep our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) healthy, reliable, and process-ready. Translate campaign and program requirements into well-documented solutions, build and validate workflows, maintain marketing reports and dashboards, and proactively tackle technical debt so the entire marketing org can operate with confidence.
- Drive data integrity and hygiene: Monitor and maintain data accuracy across the marketing stack by performing list uploads, deduplication, enrichment, and cleansing, normalizing inconsistent domain and company data, and backfilling historical records — so Marketing can build accurate lists for targeting and segmentation and every lead is captured, enriched, and attributed to the correct first-touch channel.
- Manage lead flow and HubSpot–Salesforce sync: Monitor and triage the handoff of accounts and contacts from HubSpot to Salesforce, resolving sync errors, duplicate records, and ownership gaps so records never get stuck upstream and reach Sales in a timely manner. Maintain sync exclusion logic, force record syncs when needed, and ensure data parity across both systems.
- Execute and coordinate campaigns: Manage campaign setup and processing end-to-end HubSpot workflows, Salesforce campaigns and member statuses, list segmentation, and downstream verification of scoring, attribution, and notifications. Collaborate with marketing and events stakeholders to collect requirements, improve the campaign intake process, and ensure seamless, timely deployment.
- Be the first point of contact for marketing operations issues: Own front-line triage for all marketing technology and data issues, investigate root causes, and escalate systemic patterns with clear context. Build and maintain audit dashboards to catch issues proactively, document core marketing processes, and continuously identify automation opportunities to eliminate repetitive manual work.
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal): You communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners, and can translate complex operational details into simple, actionable language.
- 3+ years of marketing operations experience: You have hands-on experience implementing, administering, and maintaining marketing automation platforms in a SaaS environment. Deep HubSpot expertise is strongly preferred; experience with the HubSpot–Salesforce integration and familiarity with Salesforce administration are meaningful differentiators
- Experience with marketing and GTM tech stack: You are comfortable working across marketing automation, CRM, and enrichment tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Clay — and understand how they connect to power lead capture, scoring, attribution, and the full demand-generation motion. Familiarity with tag management systems or basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Knowledgeable about enterprise SaaS demand generation: You understand how leads move from first touch to qualified opportunity, how Marketing and Sales hand off, and why clean data and reliable systems are mission-critical at every stage. Experience supporting Revenue Operations or top-of-funnel processes is a strong plus.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented: You can manage multiple projects, stakeholder requests, and production issues simultaneously without compromising accuracy or quality — and without losing sight of the big picture. You hold yourself to a high standard of ownership and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment where deadlines are real.
- A relentless problem solver and cross-functional collaborator: You have a curiosity for pulling apart complex…
