About this role
GTM ENABLEMENT MANAGER
Procurify is the leading agentic procurement platform for the mid-market, helping organizations take control of their spend and make smarter financial decisions.
We’re building an ambitious, high-performance company where talented people are trusted with meaningful ownership and given the opportunity to make a real impact. Our remote-first culture values accountability, resilience, collaboration, and continuous growth. You’ll work alongside driven teammates on complex, important problems, grow your career through meaningful challenges, and help shape an AI-native company at a defining moment in the evolution of agentic procurement. We’re looking for a talented and team-driven GTM Enablement Manager to join us on our journey.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a GTM Enablement Manager, you will architect the systems, workflows, and intelligence that drive the performance and effectiveness of all GTM teams — including Sales, Customer Experience (CX), and Partnerships. Rather than treating enablement as a series of one-off trainings, you'll approach it as an interconnected system: designing onboarding programs, coaching frameworks, and playbooks that reinforce one another and compound in value over time.
We're looking for someone who thinks from first principles — questioning why processes exist, breaking problems down to their fundamentals, and rebuilding them in ways that are simpler, faster, and more scalable. A core focus of this role is reimagining how GTM teams manage, qualify, and convert inbound opportunities into real pipeline, while elevating outbound execution, customer engagement, and partner-facing motions through automation and AI.
This role sits at the intersection of enablement and our evolution as an AI-enhanced platform. You'll champion how AI and automation can eliminate manual work, surface better insights, and help both our teams and our customers operate more effectively using data. If you see systems where others see silos, and you believe the best process is often the one you can automate away, you'll thrive here.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:
GTM Enablement, Systems & Coaching
- Design onboarding and ramp programs as repeatable, scalable systems for new GTM hires across Sales, CX, and Partnerships.
- Develop and deliver ongoing training, coaching, and skills development — increasingly augmented by AI-driven feedback, call intelligence, and automated coaching workflows.
- Build and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, objection-handling guides, persona briefs, and situational frameworks as living, interconnected assets aligned to our multi-team GTM strategy.
- Conduct call reviews, coaching sessions, and performance retros — leveraging AI conversation-intelligence tools to scale insights across GTM roles, from inbound qualification to customer success conversations and partner engagements.
Pipeline Support & Opportunity Management (Systems & Automation)
- Partner with Growth, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to build automated, intelligent systems for lead routing, opportunity management, and renewal orchestration that serve all relevant GTM teams across the full customer lifecycle.
- Apply first-principles thinking to identify and remove friction in how GTM teams manage pipeline and drive renewals — from initial qualification through expansion and retention — automating the repeatable and reserving human effort for high-value deals and at-risk accounts.
- Monitor pipeline health and renewal performance as a connected system (e.g., speed-to-lead, pipeline velocity, win rates, renewal rates, net revenue retention, churn risk indicators), using data and automation to drive proactive intervention and training priorities across the GTM org.
Collaboration & Cross-System Alignment
- Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, CX Leadership, and Partnerships Leadership to align messaging, campaigns, processes, and readiness across the entire GTM system.
- Ensure consistent, automated communication of product updates, market changes, and new GTM initiatives to all customer-facing teams.
- Act as the voice of GTM teams in internal planning, advocating for scalable systems that serve all teams HR, Sales, CX, and Partnerships.
KPIS FOR SUCCESS
- Reduced ramp time and improved performance across all GTM roles through scalable, systemized enablement.
- Increased inbound conversion, qualified pipeline creation, and overall GTM execution quality — accelerated by AI and automation.
- Consistent adoption of enablement systems, playbooks, and tools across GTM functions.
- High cross-functional alignment and strong operational partnership with Marketing, RevOps, and Product Marketing.
- Improved pipeline contribution, follow-up discipline, and customer engagement across GTM.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years in GTM enablement, Sales/CX/Partnerships leadership, or a coaching-focused go-to-market role.
- A systems thinker who sees how people, processes, tools, and data connect — and who designs for scale rather than one-off fixes.
- A first-principles problem solver who questions assumptions, deconstructs complex processes, and rebuilds them more efficiently.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and automation — with a track record (or strong interest) in using them to eliminate manual work and amplify team performance.
- Deep understanding of full-funnel GTM motions across Sales, CX, and Partnerships teams.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective onboarding, enablement, and coaching programs for diverse GTM stakeholders.
- Strong grasp of lead management, customer engagement processes, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), and GTM performance analytics.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional influence skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to diagnose performance gaps and prioritize enablement impact.
- Passion for developing talent, improving systems,…
